standard paint projects

Exterior

  • pressure wash all painted surfaces (need for cleaning solution determined in estimate)

  • 5 directional scrape loose paint to ensure no barriers to adhesion

  • caulk all seams, joints and large cracks

  • feather sand splinters and other imperfections as needed

  • spot prime bare substrate with peel bond primer

  • mask non serviceable items and exercise full use of drop cloths

Interior

  • shoe covers/floor masking

  • remove switch covers and outlet covers

  • set up home base for tools

  • caulk trim joints

  • mask floor perimeter 

  • repair drywall defects

  • fill nail holes as needed

  • apply primer coat as needed

*some projects will require less/more prep.
